Looks like Nike is trying to celebrate the Chinese New Year in a way they only know how. The New Year is only a couple weeks away and Nike decides to celebrate the Basketball culture in Tianjin.
The main graphics that stand out is a fish and lotus flower which can be found throughout the foamposite shell and importantly on the tongue of the sneakers.
Using the Foamposite as a canvas for many different graphical displays has been the norm as of late and while the silhouette as a whole is slowly transitioning back to the basic color blocking we once fell in love with, taking a step back once is a while is cool especially if done in a manner like this.
The Nike Air Foamposite One ‘Tianjin’ can be expected to release this upcoming February 7, 2015 at select retailers in China only. There is no word on a US release date just yet but keep checking with us for that as we will keep you guys updated on any news regarding the US getting a release.
