Fans of Allen Iverson and or Patrick Ewing, you guys should know they are just a few of Georgetown’s elite that played collegiate ball there. Well it looks like the Nike Air Flight Huarache ‘Georgetown Hoyas’ is taking inspiration from there and paying homage.
Only being available at JD Sports, this colorway of the classic Nike Basketball shoe has yet to see its way to the states. With its wolf grey upper, navy blue accents, and that Georgetown cloth on the from their uniform taking the duties of the Huarache bootie, I am positive these will be a hit.
Just a thought, maybe with March Madness approaching we probably will see these in the US and also can see more collegiate teams get a sneaker made specifically sporting their colors.
