Personally I am glad Nike returned with this silhouette because it deserves just as much hype and attention as every other sneaker that drops. This weekend though, the Nike Air Flight Huarache ‘Black/Red’ is preparing to release. As apart of a collection it looks as if Nike is only getting this one. Aside from the black and red you notice the upper is sporting some 3M which is a dope added feature.
Below is some detailed pictures and release details from the folks at Footlocker which should be able to help you not only decide if they’re a DEF Cop or DEF Not but be aware on how to get a pair.
A hardwood classic, the Nike Air Flight Huarache returns this Saturday in a clean ‘Black/Red/Anthracite’ colorway to the delight of ballers and sneakerheads likewise. With its revolutionary design, the Air Flight Huarache changed the landscape of basketball and became a cultural phenomenon when first introduced in 1992. The 2014 version adds some modern upgrades to this classic silhouette, originally inspired by the fit of a waterski boot. The shoe emits cold tones with a reflective, all-black leather exoskeleton and a black neoprene inner-sleeve can be seen through mid-foot cutouts. A speckled midsole with red accents around the heel and outsole add small punches of color and a fresh look. You can pick a pair starting this Saturday, September 13th at House of Hoops by Foot Locker stores and Footlocker.com (starting at 8:00 a.m. EDT) for $115. Check the Launch Locator to see which stores will have this release.
