No surprise here but in retrospect I am actually digging these. Back in June we received word and a first look that Victor Cruz, an avid “sneakerhead” would be receiving his very own signature shoe. Considering he is a Football player, following in the footsteps of a Bo Jackson with his design as it is consider a Nike Sportswear Trainer.
When we first saw the ‘Black Cement’ colorway it was made known that the inspiration behind its design was some of Victors’ favorite silhouettes; Nike Air Trainer 1, Air Jordan 3, Air Safari, and the Air Yeezy 2. Considering that the Air Yeezy inspired its design, the ‘Red October’ colorway was a no brainer.
Now there is no confirmed release date but it is noted that the Nike Air Cruz ‘Red October’ along with the model itself is expected to release this upcoming Fall 2015. We will keep monitoring all information regarding the Nike Air Cruz and let you guys know accordingly when we can expect them to officially drop.
