Take note the pictures seen are not the 2016 version. News has recently made headlines that the Nike Air CB34 OG Godzilla would be making its return this 2016, with Fall being the time frame we can look forward to them dropping. The first time these released was back in 1995 with a retro release back in 2007. Looking to bring back the silhouette in its classic OG colorway, the Nike Air CB34 OG Godzilla will look to return in all of its original glory. While another ‘Godzilla’ themed Charles Barkley signature shoe has already released this year for the kids, it proves that the Godzilla vs Sir Charles for his signature line stems to way back when Nike was on their A-game with marketing strategies. Not to say they fell off now or anything. If Nike’s way of bringing back the old with remastered material as of late holds up for these, expect for some pretty nice black leather and nubuck combination while white, purple and orange work the accents seen throughout in representation of Barkley’s Phoenix Suns stint as a pro.
While no official pictures for the 2016 version are available nor is an official release date made known just yet we will continue to monitor this information as it comes along. In the meantime let us know if these will be a DEF Cop or DEF Not.
