Nickelodeon has found a pair of talented acts to lead its first major music festival. The Kid LAROI and Monsta X will headline the children’s network’s first NickFest music festival at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California. The two-day celebration at the historic venue is set to take place on October 22-23, 2022 with support from KYLE, That Girl Lay Lay, Young Dylan, 24KGoldn, Alec Benjamin and Joshua Bassett. Nickelodeon will also feature a number of its non musically inclined stars as well as fan experiences connected to its most iconic shows. To round out the inaugural event, NickFest will include a number of Halloween related fan experiences, including a pumpkin path, Loud House Hay Maze and Spookify Your Look glam station.
“Listen up, Nickelodeon ‘superfans’ and families! We’re cranking up the volume for [two] days of mind-blowing music, certified stars, and epic experiences. Get ready to see massive musical acts on the main stage and hang with the legendary characters your kids love and you were raised on. And oh yes…there will be slime. It’s gonna be a mess – in the best possible way,” the network stated.
General admission tickets will run anywhere from $115 through $175. Meanwhile, VIP tickets will be available for anywhere from $220 to $360. NickFest will unleash its first batch of tickets on July 26, 2022.
