Bruce Arians has become one of the best NFL head coaches at the age of 63. Many people do not know Arians of course was the man in charge of Ben Roethlisberger’s rise to fame. During an HBO interview with Andrea Kremer, Arians and his wife open up about his time in the steel city.
HBO’s Andrea Kremer then added more juice to the story regarding Bruce Arians:
“We did contact the Steelers, and we asked them if they had a comment on this,” Kremer said during a Tuesday visit to PFT Live on NBC Sports Radio. “And they said, ‘Look, this is ancient history for us. Mike’s already talked about this.’ But [they] made it clear that this was Mike Tomlin’s decision, to fire Bruce Arians.”
Bruce Arians was an outstanding offensive coordinator during his time in Pittsburgh winning two Super Bowls during his tenure. Years later Arians hopes to bring a Super Bowl crown to Arizona after building off a successful 2015 campaign.
