Philadelphia 76ers fans won’t have to begin regretting their “Scott Hive” tattoos anytime soon. The Sixers are bringing back 30-year-old Mike Scott on a two-year contract worth $9.8 million, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.

Scott was a favorite among Sixers fans largely for his demeanor, but he provides value on the court. A 6-foot-8 power forward, Scott can space the floor, as evidenced by his 40.1 3-point percentage last season, including 41.2% in Philadelphia; he was sent to the Sixers from the Clippers in the Tobias Harris trade.
Scott is by no means an elite player, but he’s not a bad rotation player – especially at a hair under $5 million a year.
