Beasley joins the bizarro collection of role-players LA has signed this offseason since acquiring LeBron James; he will join Rajon Rondo, Lance Stephenson and JaVale McGee in wearing the purple and gold next season.
Beasley, 29, appeared in 74 games with the New York Knicks last season, averaging 13.2 points and 5.6 rebounds per game while shooting 50.7 percent from the field and 39.5 percent from 3-point range.
It’s hard to make concrete predictions this far ahead of the season, but here’s one: The Lakers will lead the NBA in memes per game in 2018-19.
