After his time with the Denver Broncos as a starter, Bridgewater is expected to be the backup of Tua Tagovailoa this season. Last season, he threw 285 passes for 3052 air yards and also ran for 106 yards. He got a total of 20 touchdowns in 14 games played.
The seven-year veteran will be a reliable weapon in case Tagovailoa misses any games due to injury.
As for Cedrick Wilson, he has spent all his three years of pro career with the Dallas Cowboys and saw an increase in workload this past season which led him to sign this new contract with the Dolphins. He went from 17 receptions to 45 and in receiving yards from 189 to 602. Wilson also caught 6 touchdowns, four more than the previous season.
The Dolphins finished the season with a 9-8 record but they didn’t make the playoffs.
