Three months ago, Megan Thee Stallion capped off an incredible run by earning two GRAMMY Awards alongside her fellow Texan sister, Beyoncé. Not long after her big night, the Houston native let her fans know that she would be taking a break from music and recording. In a short message, the GRAMMY Award-winner told her fans that she would be using this time to begin the “recharging” process.
“Megan Thee Stallion is recharging! Due to the demands of the Hot Girl lifestyle, Meg has now entered a period of regeneration to prepare for what’s next. In her absence, management will manage all social posting on behalf of Thee Hot Girl Coach. ‘Thee Hotties’ lead a brave resistance in anticipation for the return of their fearless captain,” the message read.
Less than two months later, management has been relieved of its duties. Megan Thee Stallion has released a short video teasing the return of her popular alter-ego, Tina Snow. In the 23-second teaser, Megan Thee Stallion finds herself in a laboratory typing away at a high-tech computer. In the background, there appear to be two aquatic tanks representing different versions of her career. The first aquatic tank holds a figure that appears to be Megan Thee Stallion wrapped in newspapers, much like her Good News album cover. The second aquatic tank holds a figure wearing a white boy suit, much like her Tina Snow mixtape cover.
“Tina Snow is back,” Megan Thee Stallion tweeted.
