Taking a look at the graphic above from FOX Sports, the matchups will feature some pretty intriguing setups. Los Angeles Dodgers and Tampa Bay Rays took home the top seeds in their respective divisions and should be considered World Series favorites. But in 2020, only time will tell as craziness unfolds in the sports world amid a global pandemic.
Look out for teams like the San Diego Padres or Chicago White Sox to make a splash in the postseason and turn some heads in the path of a postseason run. While each team is not a top seed, they both had incredible 2020 seasons and showed significant strides as rebuilding ballclubs.
The 2020 postseason will have a different look as the American League teams will head to California playing their games at Dodgers Stadium in Los Angeles and Petco Park in San Diego as their two bubble locations. On the other side, the National League teams will head to Texas using Minute Maid Park in Houston, and Globe Life Field in Arlington, home of the Texas Rangers.
