Lucky Daye will release his third studio album, Algorithm, in June.
The New Orleans, Louisiana native is riding the high of his sophomore album, Candydrip. The 17-track LP featured likes of Lil’ Durk and Smino and produced his highest-charting single to date, “Over.” Since then, he’s appeared on several projects and singles, including “Smoke” with Victoria Monét, Ari Lennox’s Age/Sex/Location, Whitney Houston’s I Wanna Dance With Somebody and “Is This Real Love” with Debbie. Not to mention, he’s credited as a songwriter on Usher’s latest album, Coming Home.
Lucky Daye’s Algorithm adds to a packed calendar of R&B and Pop releases. Kehlani has teased a new project, Coco Jones has hinted at a new body of work and Normani will release a new project in June. For now, check out the lead single for Lucky Daye’s Algorithm — “Hericane.”
