It must be nice to be LeBron James. Arguably the best basketball player in the word, the leading face of the NBA and Nike (outside of Jordan Brand) respectively, the man can’t lose. A couple weeks ago we got a first look at his Nike LeBron 13 which obviously marks his 13th signature shoe with the Swoosh. To many the sneakers are a let down, which has been the case for the most part starting back the Nike LeBron 11 and 12 but many would try and throw the 10s into that equation but I beg to differ.
So far, as far as I am concerned the Nike LeBron 13 is a bit disappointing but I won’t rule them out just yet as the Black/Purple-Gold colorway is so far my favorite. To further get the social media community, more specifically the sneaker community babbling, King James has laced up not one but two upcoming colorways of the Nike LeBron 13 for the latest issue of SLAM magazine. Now I don’t know if SLAM has the greatest photographer out right now but these shots of the 13s look good to me, I am almost convinced to change my mind overall about the sneakers.
