Not only did @BaltSneakerShow provide us with information about the upcoming ‘Red/Black’ Foamposite Pro returning in 2016 he shed some light on which Kobe Bryant retro would be first up to drop in 2016 as a homage to Kobe as a Nike signature athlete.
Similar almost to like the whole Prelude Pack, Nike plans on running through Kobe’s signature line with sneakers that have a symbolic meaning to his historic career.
First up is expected to be the Nike Air Huarache 2K4, originally intended to be the Black Mambas first signature shoe when made the transition from adidas to Nike BUT he ended up just wearing them during his first season with them instead.
The Huarache 2K4 has been well received on the court and off the court and with the way sneakers are anticipated for nowadays expect for the return of a Laker inspired colorway (no word on which one since there were several) to draw in sneakerheads from every corner of the earth to get their hands on a pair.
As of right now there is no word on a specific date but keep it locked here as we will update you guys accordingly when any news is made known.
