Buying sneakers is a past time just about anyone can get into or enjoys with a passion but actually getting your own sneaker deal or signature shoe is an even greater accomplishment not everyone has the liberty to enjoy.
While his fellow Splash Brother, Steph Curry is well into his own signature shoe since becoming the leading face for Under Armour, it looks to be his turn. Klay Thompson is next in line on the Golden State Warriors backcourt to receive a sneaker deal.
No it isn’t Nike, Reebok or adidas, Klay is expected to take his talents across seas with ANTA. I am only going to assume that ANTA offered up some pretty big bucks which couldn’t be turned down. The news isn’t quite new since Thompson has been spotted wearing ANTA sneakers in practice.
He will be joining a line up which features the likes of NBA players from Rajon Rondo, Luis Scola, Kevin Garnett and Chandler Parsons, not a bad lineup.
The announcement is being said to be announced during All-Star Weekend in NYC as mentioned by a Warriors writer which can be seen below.
