Khalid has proved that he is definitely here to stay. After dropping his debut studio album, Khalid came back in 2018 with the hit single, “Love Lies” and his latest project, Suncity. The single went on to perform incredibly well on Billboard and the seven track project spawned the hit, “Saturday Nights”. This weekend, Khalid is back with the official remix for the 2018 standout track, “Saturday Nights”.
Not long ago, Kane Brown teased the remix with an Instagram video of him singing along as the song streamed from his tablet. Today, we got the official version which comes with an appearance from his label mate, Kane Brown. Similar to the original, Khalid handles the infectious hook. Khalid sings, “All the things that I know that your parents don’t/They don’t care like I do, nowhere like I do.” Later on, Kane Brown sings, “Saturday nights, your works shoes are stilettos/Smell of cheap perfume/Makeup on your face, try to hide the pain/All the lies look like the truth/Deep in your heart, all you want is love.” Listen to the full remix above and let us know what you think of this RCA clash of artists.
