Kawhi Leonard Air Jordan 6 ‘The Claw’ For The Ring Ceremony.
Not only is he now an NBA Champion and a Finals MVP, he is also a member of Jordan Brand. We all know how JB treat their champions. Last night Leonard was inactive due to an eye infection, not like it mattered anyway Spurs still won.
Prior to the game, the Champion San Antonio Spurs raised yet another Championship banner. In recent years, most notably seen with the Heat, we get to feast our eyes on ‘Ring Ceremony’ inspired colorways for specific silhouettes whether it be signature shoes, certain Nikes, or PE’s of classic Jordans.
Case in point Ray Allen’s Air Jordan 11 Retro ‘Ring Ceremony’ or LeBron James Nike LeBron 11 ‘Ring Ceremony’.
Well during the ceremony Kawhi Leonard showed off a pair of J’s as well, this specific pair, the Air Jordan 6 ‘The Claw’ was the talk of Twitter. Sporting a typical all-white base on the leather, the highlights of the sneakers came from the icy sole with gold speckles, the gold accents throughout on the back pull tab, laces and Kawhi’s logo.
The logo is probably the best part in all honesty because its a play on his initials, KL which form a hand or ‘Claw’ and this comes from him reportedly having such large hands.
