Fans of the man who made Blueprint and The Black Album rejoiced this spring when they learned that the Brooklyn native would headline the 2026 Roots Picnic in Philadelphia. Some predicted that Philadelphia wouldn’t be the only stop on his career victory lap, but very few knew exactly how it all would play out.
Two weeks after announcing he would perform at the Roots Picnic, Jay-Z let fans know that he’d be taking the stage at Yankee Stadium in his hometown for a three-night residency in July. Bringing out special guests like Rihanna, Nas, and Eminem in his hometown, some called it the best string of concerts they’d ever attended. Now, heading into the fall, he’s showing no signs of slowing down.
Previously, the music mogul had announced that he’d be taking his show on the road to Los Angeles, Paris, and London for a one-night experience. But Jay-Z and company have decided to extend their stays in two of those cities — London and Los Angeles.
On Monday, July 27, 2026, Jay-Z announced that he’d add a show in Los Angeles on October 24 at SoFi Stadium and in London on September 5 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Tickets for both performances will be available to fans worldwide later this week.
