This is interesting, adidas has issued two new colorways for James Harden’s adidas Crazylight Boost 2.5 which both come in Houston Rockets’ colors. Now many are considering these to be for the playoffs but as you can see the Rockets are currently 9th in the Western Conference so we may or may not see him ball in these during the post season.
Featuring a home and away colorway, the PEs are certainly making their way to retailers regardless if Harden and the Rockets reach the playoffs. Check out the unveiling describing both colorway respectively then let us know down in the comments if these will be a DEF Cop or DEF Not.
Designed to complement the Houston Rockets’ home and away uniforms, adidas introduces the latest James Harden PEs of the Crazylight Boost 2.5.
Home
The “Home” edition features a black and white upper with dual tones for clean yet bold design, while the shoe is also constructed with engineered webbing along the forefoot for added breathability. Red hits deliver pops of color on the outsole, heel tab and custom “13” wordmark to cap off the home tribute.
Away
The silhouette features a black to red gradient upper, combining Primeknit threads with forefoot mesh for increased durability and comfort on the court. Black details on the lacing system, pull tab, chrome-finished heel counter and custom “13” wordmark boldly contrast an iced red outsole to round out the road exclusive.
The Crazylight Boost 2.5 “Home” drops April 29 and the “Away” is available May 14. Both retail for $130.
