Goodbye Nike and say hello to adidas, James Harden. I can’t knock the decision made by the Houston Rockets star guard considering the contract he signed with the three stripes, you would have to be a fool to not take 200 Million Dollars. Even though the last few weeks his name has been in the headlines for wearing Jordan’s, today officially started his stint with adidas.
What better way to get the ball rolling for their star athlete than sending over a truck load of free sneakers. Like I said earlier while talking about the situation on social media, it has to be a very dope feeling to get paid to represent a brand and not only that but get tons of free sneakers and apparel on top of everything already included. So for those who have said Harden was losing his mind for choosing adidas over Nike, are you seriously telling me you would have turned this down..
But like adidas said, “The Wait Is Over” and they have their man. adidas now has James Harden, John Wall, Andrew Wiggins, Damian Lillard, and of course Derrick Rose. That’s just naming a few. I am interested though, to see what the Adidas J Harden 1 will look like granted that is the name they choose.
