Months ago, the internet was set ablaze when Jack Harlow was spotted being carried across the mud in a white suit at the Kentucky Derby. Well, it appears that it was all an effort to keep his suit clean for the production of the “Churchill Downs” video. Shot by Jack, Gus, Jamie and Brian Campbell, “Churchill Downs” is a beautifully shot visual that takes viewers from the race track to the state fair and beyond. Along the way, there are a number of cameos from Druski, Taylor Rooks, Bryson Tiller and Miss USA 2021 Elle Smith as Drake and Jack Harlow rap about making it to the top.
“Sometimes when I sit back and really let it register/I did everything I said I would, and said it first/I mean the world’s in denial, but they all know what I’m headed for,” the Kentucky native raps.
“I got my realtor out here playin’ Monopoly/How can I address you when you don’t own property?/They only finesse you when you don’t move properly/Destined for the win, but you don’t get a prize out of me,” Drake adds.
“Churchill Downs” is the latest track from Jack Harlow’s sophomore album to get the visual treatment. Previously, he delivered videos for “Nail Tech” with Yung Miami and “First Class” with Anitta. What track will get the visual treatment next? Only time will tell. In the meantime, check out “Churchill Downs” below.
