Butterscotch is one of those candies that no matter what will be found in the candy jar or at the bottom of a Halloween Trick or Treat bag once you dig past all the good candy. Now don’t take this the wrong way, Butterscotch is absolutely delicious but as J. Crew has described their first collaboration with the New Balance 997, this is our “Grandpa’s tastiest candy…” So yeah if that is any indication on how far back Butterscotch as a candy goes and who is to more likely be a fan of the candy, you can’t get any better of an answer if you ask me. As for the J. Crew x New Balance 997 ‘Butterscotch’ this is more of my speed and the folks at J. Crew certainly did a great job on these. Looking smooth and crafted with premium suede, the New Balance 997 ‘Butterscotch’ features different tones of beige and look good if you ask me. Below are the official pictures provided by J.
