Head Coach Tommy Lloyd and the Arizona Wildcats have landed the commitment of top international prospect Henri Veesaar. The Estonian big man is considered one of the more promising international prospects taking the college basketball route in 2022. While the Baylor Bears and Gonzaga Bulldogs are known for attracting international talent, the Arizona Wildcats are quickly establishing themselves as a top destination for such talent under the new leadership of Lloyd.

Henri Veesaar has NBA aspirations and has decided his best path to those goals involves the Arizona Wildcats. He is not the only international prospect that will be on the court for Tommy Lloyd next season and in fact, will be one of eight players from overseas on the roster next season. The prospects in the EuroLeague seem intrigued by the idea of playing with the Arizona Wildcats under the tenure of Lloyd. A stacked frontcourt did not prevent Veesaar from deciding to head to Arizona this Fall.
