Gucci Mane receives clearance to travel to Canada to fulfill scheduled performances.
“I got so many felonies I might cant never go to Canada but, Drake said he gon’ pull some strings so let me check my calendar” raps Gucci Mane on Both Remix Featuring The 6 God himself and Lil Wayne. It looks like the 2017 manifestation finally comes to life.
According to TMZ, Guwop obtained the clearance necessary to enter Canadian territory. The East Atlanta rapper hired an immigration attorney who got him a temporary resident permit granting him permission to enter the country.
Gucci Mane’s Canadian schedule includes 10 shows across five provinces. Canada typically declines entry for artists with criminal records. Most recently Kodak Black, who’s featured on Gucci Mane’s Wake Up In The Sky, faced denial at the Northern border.
