Ewing Athletics has kept their name as relevant as possible, which is kind of difficult to do when you have brands like Nike, Jordan, adidas and ASICS thriving in the sneaker culture right now. Digging into the vaults to bring back classic silhouettes from the 90’s is the route they’re going in and in doing so it will lead to hopefully grasping the old heads as well as newbies into the sneaker game.
Returning this May is the Ewing Athletics Ewing Concept. Fresh off their recent collaboration with Packer Shoes, Fabolous and Teyana Taylor, why not introduce an old friend and keep things fresh. As of right now this Ewing Concept 2015 return looks to have two colorways set to drop, one dubbed ‘PE’ which sports classic Knicks colors that was actually worn by Ewing in the ’92 All Star Game and then a black/white colorway.
