
ESPN+ is looking to evolve’s Peyton Manning’s Peyton’s Places series by adding a few new faces to the franchise. Earlier this week, the self-proclaimed worldwide leader in sports announced that it would expand the flagship franchise by offering spinoff series to WNBA legend Sue Bird, tennis champion John McEnroe and NHL star P.K. Subban. Additionally, Vince Carter, David Ortiz, Abby Wambach and Rhonda Rousey will also get to develop their own version of Peyton’s Places in the years to come.
“The Places franchise is all about giving fans an inside look at their favorite sport so we are excited to be adding such incredible teammates as the Places Universe continues to expand,” Peyton Manning said in a press release.
“Sue, P.K. and John will all bring a unique and colorful perspective to their sport’s history as they give viewers a look at some of their favorite places.”
Adding to the announcement, ESPN has also revealed that Peyton’s Places will return for a third season while Eli’s Places has also been renewed for a second season. Dates regarding each season’s debut will be shared in the coming weeks.
