During the last minutes of the second quarter in the Rockets’ last scrimmage against the Boston Celtics, Gordon jumped to make a pass and roll his ankle when he landed. He had to be carried out of the courts by his teammates after staying down for an extended period of time.

With the pace that the seeding games will be played during the resumption of the season, Gordon could miss all of the Rockets’ games before the start of the playoffs.
Due to a knee injury at the start of the season, Gordon has only played in 36 games this season. In the games he played, he has averaged 14.5 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 1.5 assists in 28.6 minutes per game.
