Gonzaga Bulldogs big man Drew Timme has broken the career points record for the program in the WCC Tournament Championship Game. Entering the game against the St. Mary’s Gaels Timme needed just five points to become the program’s all-time leading scorer. He surpasses former Gonzaga Bulldog Frank Burgess who recorded 2,196 points. Burgess played from the 1958-59 season to the 1960-61 season of college basketball. Timme has been a dominant force for the Bulldogs in his career and will continue to add to his career total in the 2023 NCAA Tournament. The senior has cemented himself as one of the best players in the program’s history.

That will depend on several factors including his NIL deals, draft position, and 2023 NCAA Tournament success.
