All-Star Weekend is upon us. Tonight, the BBVA Rising Stars Challenge and All-Star Celebrity Game will take place. Tomorrow, we get to see the Taco Bell Skills Challenge, Foot Locker Three-Point Contest, and Verizon Slam Dunk Contest. Sunday is the All-Star Game.
In last year’s dunk contest, then-rookie Zach LaVine put on an absolute show — the best we’ve seen in years. LaVine is back to defend his title this year, going up against Aaron Gordon, Will Barton, and Andre Drummond.
Most expect LaVine to win, but don’t expect his opponents to go down without a fight. Aaron Gordon could pull off the upset. He’s extraordinarily athletic, and has been known to throw down some sick dunks. Will Barton and Andre Drummond are nice dunkers as well, but I don’t think either of them, particularly Drummond, can keep up with LaVine or Gordon.
Golden State Warriors’ power forward Draymond Green agrees that LaVine will have the edge come Saturday night:
Draymond Green says it's hard to picture anybody beating Zach LaVine tomorrow

I have to agree with Draymond here.
Draymond Green will participate in the Skills Challenge tomorrow and the All-Star Game on Sunday.
