Ever since the announcement that Drake was the newest member of the Jordan Brand family he has shared with us pictures of the ‘OVO’ Air Jordan 12 and the ‘OVO’ Air Jordan 10. Since then things went dark and news of any OVO Jordan was cold turkey.
This was the case until a pop up shop in Los Angeles sold a couple pairs to lucky fans who were able to get a pair. Fast forward and now we have a release date for the ‘Summit White’ OVO Air Jordan 10 which will be releasing this September 12, 2015. This was confirmed by Jordan Brand as well as October’s Very Own via their blog which gave us official pictures of the sneaker and packaging.
Despite the allegations from Meek Mill it obviously looks like the “6 God” can’t lose and to kick off his OVO Fest weekend, Drake was spotted at his OVO Bounce basketball tournament wearing the alleged Air Jordan 8 ‘OVO’. This then put valididation to the claims made by @DJFolk and now we have even more proof that there is in fact two Air Jordan 8 ‘OVO’ coming soon.
As you can see (barely) in the picture above, Drake is seen performing during his set at OVO Fest wearing an Air Jordan jumpsuit as well as a white pair of the Air Jordan 8 OVO and black version. Yeah I know, the pictures are not much but you can see the gold Jordan logo and two straps that is associated with the Air Jordan 8.
