It’s hard to find a group of artists that have more going on than Kid Cudi, Denzel Curry and J.I.D. Kid Cudi is preparing to debut his new series on Netflix and host a music festival. Meanwhile, JID is jumping from festival stage to festival stage as he finishes up his debut album. As for Denzel Curry, he’s seemingly on a mission to turn in some of the best radio freestyles of the year as he celebrates his most recent album, Melt My Eyez, See Your Future. Somehow, Dot Da Genius managed to pull the busy trio together for a new track called “Talk About Me.” As the title suggests, the three stars deliver verses about what it’s like to have everyone talk about their rise to stardom and continued success
“What the f*ck do these people know about me?/Everybody on the?block?talk about me/Way back in the day, you?used to doubt me/Now that you see I’m on, you wanna out me,” Denzel Curry raps on the hook.
“Tell me what the f*ck do people know about the bros?/Bunch of pie flippin’ n*ggas, they don’t work at Dominos/Take a slice out a n*gga, delivery, not Digornio/Dinner before the sundown, then I was out of fund though/Then I’m saggin’ Girbaud, then I’m back in my mode,” J.I.D adds.
