If Williams did receive a buyout, look for a team like the Cleveland Cavaliers to make a move at the former All-Star. They have shown interest in him all season and was further reported by Shams Charania of The Vertical. It is slightly surprising the Mavericks were not able to find a trade partner but it looks to begin the Yogi Ferrell, Nerlens Noel era in Dallas.
