Initially when I first saw the CNCPTS x ASICS Gel Lyte V ‘8 Ball’ it was like love at first sight.
The folks at CNCPTS take a page out of Pusha T’s book with this colorway and theme as the ‘8 Ball’ Gel Lyte V is inspired by local Boston native (where CNCPTS is stationed) and legendary drug dealer George Jung. Hence the nickname, ‘8 Ball’.
Being decked out in that cocaine off white base the red accents and blood splatter offset the entire sneaker to help them stand out substantially.
