Cam Newton can go down as the third quarterback ever to win a national championship and Super Bowl as a starter and be the first ever to win a Heisman trophy, be the primary quarterback for a national championship and start in a Superbowl. So yeah Cam has a lot of scenarios stacked up against him that can further put a stamp on a great season for him and the Panthers.
This week prior to the Super Bowl, which takes place on Sunday, February 7th, players have been doing a lot of press with the media. During a specific press conference, Cam was spotted in his very on special edition Under Armour Curry Twos which are being dubbed ‘Superman’. As you can notice throughout the sneaker Panther colors are spotted along with ‘Carolina Panthers’ written out and a Panther. The most noticeable feature would have to be the tongue which unzips with the Superman insignia on it which is a nod to one of several different Cam Newton touch down celebrations.
