
The Denver Broncos have reportedly traded linebacker Bradley Chubb to the Miami Dolphins in exchange for a first-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. Additionally, Denver will receive a fourth-round draft pick in 2024 and running back Chase Edmonds in exchange for a fifth-round pick in 2025.
Bradley Chubb played for the North Carolina State Wolfpack in Raleigh, North Carolina from 2014 through 2017. During his time in Raleigh, Chubb won the Bronko Nagurski Trophy and earned ACC Defensive Player of the Year honors. After leaving college, Chubb was selected fifth overall in the 2018 NFL Draft by the Denver Broncos. In his first 41 NFL games, Chubb has accumulated 144 combined tackles, 20.5 sacks and 50 quarterback hits.
Bradley Chubb played his final game in a Denver Broncos uniform on October 30, 2022 in London. As Denver overcame a fourth-quarter deficit to win its third game of the season, Chubb picked up two additional tackles. Meanwhile, Josey Jewell stepped up to lead the Broncos with nine total tacks in their 21-17 win against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
The Denver Broncos will enjoy a bye week before returning to the field on November 13, 2022 in Nashville. As for Bradley Chubb, he and his new teammates in Miami, Florida will make their way to Chicago for a 1:00 p.m. EST kickoff at Soldier Field on November 6, 2022.
