While this new Nike Kobe 11 bares the colorway description of Brave Blue/Metallic Silver-University Blue, many would believe that they would probably be representation the MPLS Lakers. More so the way the shades of blue hit the flyknit on this sneaker definitely has the working of the Los Angeles Lakers hardwood classic jersey. Neither of these are the inspiration for the colorway but that hasn’t been confirmed yet. What we do know as of right now is that on the back heel reads ‘I See Beauty In The Struggle’ and with the majority of colorways for the KB11 is that the back heel gives us indication on what the colorway is representing.
Another thing we do know right now is that these will be hitting retailers this April 14, 2016. These were spotted in Toronto on the SNKRS Xpress during All-Star weekend and was said to be inspired by Eric Avar, long time Kobe sneaker designer. So by the look of things that could be it but we have to wait for Nike to issue the official details regarding this colorway.
Let us know down in the comments your thoughts on these, will they be a DEF Cop or DEF Not.
UPDATE: Here are official pictures provided by Nike for the upcoming Nike Kobe 11 ‘Brave Blue’ that is still set to drop on April 14th.
