Brandon Marshall is being brought in to join the New Orleans Saints following the recent diagnosis of a torn Achilles for Dez Bryant. Just about one day after Bryant signed with the Saints, the All-Pro wideout went down with a season-ending injury. Even though they decimated the Cincinnati Bengals this past Sunday with a 51-14 win, the Saints still want to add more firepower to their offense.
It’s reportedly time to buckle up for Marshall making one last push in his career towards the postseason. Marshall has reportedly joined the Saints for the homestretch.
Nick Underhill of the New Orleans Advocate first reported that Marshall was visiting New Orleans.

Adam Schefter confirmed on Monday afternoon that Marshall was indeed signing with the Saints.
Veteran WR Brandon Marshall is signing a one-year deal with the New Orleans Saints, per source. In his 13-year NFL career, Marshall never has played in a playoff game; his chance now awaits.

Marshall joins the Saints after an experiement with the Seattle Seahawks fell through. He originally joined Seattle after departing from the New York Giants after that one-year test ended with a disappointing season in New York.
The Saints have the playoffs all but officially locked in so he’ll reach the postseason. We just have to see what version of Marshall we’ll get alongside Michael Thomas and their star-studded backfield.
