Now I am an advocate for kicks on court or looking to see what sneakers players lace up to rock out on the hardwood and it looks like Atlanta Hawks own Jeff Teague is going for the crown.
In an interview with Champs Sports to speak on his All Star Game experience and among other things in the interview, there was one part that stuck out.
Jeff made it known that he plans on wearing, during a game, the new adidas Yeezy Boost. Now I am not mad at Teague for doing so, but from a performance stand point I don’t think the kicks are made for basketball. More power to him.
Lets not forget though, Gilbert Arenas the former sneaker king for on court kicks, wore a pair of D&G sneakers so anything is possible.
Also, Jeff Teague is an adidas Hoops athlete so that right is enough to ensure he will more than likely pull this off.
Check out the entire interview and with the NBA resuming Thursday, the Hawks play Friday, so keep an eye out to see if he goes through with it after all.
