Well, well, well… It looks like adidas is putting forth a lot of focus to Andrew Wiggins. If you recall, upon being named R.O.Y they rewarded AW with his own special ‘Rookie of the Year‘ colorway for the adidas Crazylight Boost. Well it appears they will be visiting the silhouette again for this upcoming Andrew Wiggins Crazylight Boost 2015 Home Edition.
Now I am going to go out on a limb here. Remember before Kyrie Irving was blessed with his own signature shoe, the Nike Kyrie 1 he released his own PEs with Nike but on the Nike HyperRev and Nike Air Force 1. This seems to be the case with Wiggins and the three stripes.
Check out the official unveiling of this sneaker below and let us know down in the comments will it be a DEF Cop or DEF Not.
adidas today unveils the Andrew Wiggins home edition of the Crazylight Boost 2015. Establishing himself as the one of the league’s rising stars, the KIA NBA Rookie of the Year is primed for another breakout campaign as the Minnesota Timberwolves’ lead man.
Paying homage to Andrew’s Canadian roots, the silhouette features white maple leaves and deep blue accents for contrast. The upper features a metallic collar with an “AW” workmark featuring a maple leaf on both tongues. The sneaker also features an iced outsole and a speckled white and blue midsole.
The Crazylight Boost 2015 is adidas’ most innovative basketball shoe to date. For the first time ever in a basketball shoe, it features a Primeknit upper that delivers comfort and added flexibility with enhanced ventilation for breathability on the court. It also features 13 percent more Boost for maximum responsiveness and energy return.
The Crazylight Boost 2015 Andrew Wiggins home edition is available ($140) at select adidas retailers and adidas.com.
