I, for one was not that big of a fan of the XX3s but it appears that the Air Jordan XX3 ‘Chicago’ is releasing this year which means this will be the first retro for the silhouette since its release in 2008.
There is no word on what the exclusivity of the colorway will be but the official description is University Red/University Red-Gum Yellow. Jordan Brand athlete like David Price and sneakerhead like Nate Robinson have apparently received pairs so it looks as if these are eventually planning to drop.
Whether these will be a Chicago only release is what all signs are pointing to as the sock lining sports Chicago stars as well. Remember when the Ferrari 14s dropped exclusively to Chicago and then a wider range release? This could be the case.
