Continuing the flow of thematic footwear to commemorate 30 years of the iconic franchise, Jordan Brand will launch a four shoe laser pack, paying homage to classic shoe silhouettes and timeless Michael Jordan moments. The Laser Pack- including the Air Jordan I, Air Jordan IV, Air Jordan XX, and Dub-zero- feature matching laser print uppers, icy outsoles, and reflective details that can be seen throughout the collection.
Back in 2004, Tinker Hatfield had asked Michael Jordan for weeks for any insight into what he remembered about his career to date, and Michael kept coming up empty. One day, he told Tinker, “I’m ready to talk,” and that he did. The memories kept flowing and inspired designers Tinker and Mark Smith began creating symbols that represented all of the moments that mattered to Michael. Finding inspiration from cycling shoes and motorcycle tires, Tinker created a shoe that had celebrated the latest 20 years of the Jordan Brand franchise- the Air Jordan XX.
