Interesting developments.. As we know Jordan Brand since Spring of 2015 have been unleashing their Retro Remaster initiative which brings their retros back to the essence. By essence meaning great quality of material and craftsmanship, something we have all been wanting for years now. Of course the price we paid for it is an increase is the retail price. I can attest that I noticed the beauty of the remaster initiative with such purchases like the ‘French Blue’ 7s or the ‘Aqua 8s’.
Well recently they released a press release which further dived into the evolution of the initiative which will be taking place this upcoming weekend with the ‘Maroon’ 6’s, adding the NIKE AIR branding to their earlier models that first were featured with them. Also they provided official pictures for the ‘White Cement’ 4s and kind of hinted at a confirmation of the ‘Black Metallic’ 5s coming back in 2016 as well.
Now in this above picture there is a lone Jordan off to the side in the Air Jordan 13 Retro Low ‘Chutney’ or ‘Mustard’ which ever you feel fitting. Being remastered is it possible that Jordan Brand is going to go deep into the archives and bring back a colorway that we probably did not think for a second of coming back?
We will keep you guys updated accordingly on all information regarding the Retro Remaster initiative and what future releases to look forward. What are your thoughts on the ‘Chutney’ 13 Low coming back?
