It is starting to become more likely that the Air Jordan 13 PE’s aren’t going to end with just Chris Paul’s that released late last year in 2015. Word has been circulating of this Air Jordan 13 Melo PE and how it is possibly going to release. Well we wouldn’t be here if there couldn’t be some truth to that as more pictures have now surfaced of the sample as you can see. Dressed in a similar colorway of the Air Jordan 1 PE’s that released in 2015 with the leading colorway being coincidentally the ‘Melo’ colorway dressed in a Black/Gold.
Where does the black/gold come from considering that Carmelo Anthony is a Knick? Well if you retrace his career he was once a Denver Nugget, so that answers your question. Considering that there is no concrete information outside of the sample pictures seen and sourcese saying that we could see a possible Spring/Summer 2016 release, one can only believe that more will follow. Going back to the Air Jordan 1 PE’s we saw a Blake Griffin colorway as well as Russell Westbrook, so we will have to play things by the ear and wait to see what happens.
