Detailed Look At The adidas Originals Tubular
SOLD… Yeah, I am completely, 100% sold on this silhouette and the quartet of colorways that are about drop as scheduled since we first reported its date.
From the announcement of the release date and introduction of the sneakers along with the colorways, we have seen a video of the VP Global Designs of adidas Originals, Nic Galway speak on the shoes design.
That video gave us a better idea on what lead to the Tubulars creation.
First things first, they took the aesthetics from the Y-3 Qasa and doing so it gave a more reasonable market price for this shoe. Not only does it take inspiration from the Y-3 Qasa, the heel is construction with that of the ZX 7000. Not to mention the sock fit the sneaker possesses it makes me wonder was the ‘Tubular’ name a play on “tube” like “tube sock”, just an observation.
Another observation that I believe I spoke on before is that this sneaker by adidas Originals seems to be their answer for Nike and their Roshe Run model, the look of the shoes seem similar if you as me.
Today we have here a detailed look of what to expect when these launch. From the 4 colorways I think I am sold on all of them, hard to choose but me being me I would go with the burgundy.
