Looking to make its way to retailers shelves this August is a new colorway but not so new colorway for Damian Lillard’s signature shoe. Inspired by his teams home of Portland, the adidas D Lillard 2 ‘PDX Carpet’ takes a page out of the D Lillard 1’s book. The PDX D Lillard 2 sports a design seen on the ice green outsole that can be found on the Portland International Airport’s carpet. Aside from the detailing on the outsole, the official colorway description is Light Solid Grey/Ray Red-Ice Green. Keeping the storyline going through his signature shoe, we can expect more to come before Lillard and adidas move on to his third signature shoe.

UPDATE: The folks at adidas Originals took to their official twitter handle to announce the release date for the upcoming adidas D Lillard 2 ‘PDX Carpet’. The release date has been set for July 1st for the retail price of $120. Check out the detailed pictures accompanied as well.
