Despite having his season end short by being eliminated in the first round, Portland Trailblazers start point guard Damian Lillard still has a signature sneaker to promote which I might add is not that bad of a silhouette, in my opinion.
For this upcoming adidas D Lillard 1 ‘PDX Carpet’ the colorway is immediately identified with not being a traditional Portland Trailblazers colorway but the case can be made for the ‘Rose City‘ D Lillard 1’s that released as well.
Not too long ago Dame took to his Instagram to give fans the heads up that this one is strictly for Portland and if your anyone who has flown through the Portland International Airport (PDX) you would understand the significance with these.
The carpet pattern found on the sneakers is symbolic to that found in PDX, hence the nickname ‘PDX Carpet’. I am all for themed colorways so in my books these are a go.
