The 2022 NBA All-Star Game in Cleveland, Ohio is right around the corner and the votes have been counted. Inside the NBA on TNT broke the news after receiving the starters from an independent firm, Ernst and Young, who counted and confirmed the votes. The team captains were also announced alongside the starters. Reserves for the game will be announced at a later time.

The Western Conference starters are Lebron James, Nikola Jokic, Andrew Wiggins, Stephen Curry, and Ja Morant. Lebron James was named the captain for the Western Conference in the 2022 NBA All-Star Game.
The Eastern Conference starters are Kevin Durant, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Joel Embiid, Trae Young, and DeMar DeRozan. Kevin Durant was named the captain for the Eastern Conference in the 2022 NBA All-Star Game.

Notably, the current NBA one seeds, the Phoenix Suns and the Miami Heat did not have a member of their team selected to be a starter for the game. The game will be played on Sunday, February 20th.
