Nearly a year ago, millions of viewers crowded around their phones, laptops and smart TVs to see what felt like an illusion. Gucci Mane and Jeezy willingly met up in Atlanta, Georgia to perform as part of the ongoing Verzuz phenomena. While the event wasn’t always civil, the two men were able to share the stage together and host an after-party as well. This fall, it looks like they’re preparing to take their business relationship to another level.
In a surprise announcement, Gucci Mane and Jeezy have signed on for the Legendz of the Streets tour. Beginning August 30 in Augusta, Georgia, the duo will make stops in Atlanta, Greensboro, Baltimore, New Orleans, Houston, Dallas and five other cities. Along the way, they will be joined by Lil’ Kim, Rick Ross, 2 Chainz, Fabolous, Boosie Badazz, Lil Kim, Trina and DJ Drama.
