Tory Lanez is officially in full album mode. After releasing “Shooters“, “Skrt Skrt” “Real Thing” and “I Sip“, Tory Lanez released a surprise EP last week titled, March 2nd. Today, Tory Lanez decided to hit up his friend Zane Lowe to release his newest record, “B.I.D” on Beats 1 Radio. The acronym, B.I.D, which stands for “Buss’ It Down”, sets the mood for the party anthem that will definitely set the stage for spring parties in Toronto and beyond. Tory Lanez appears to be in his usual jubilant form on this record, rapping, “Jumped in a what the f*ck is that. Took a shot of Henny out the back.”
Early reaction to the record seems to be largely positive.

“B.I.D” serves at the latest single off of Tory Lanez sophomore album, Memories Don’t Die, which is set to be released on March 2nd. While the music that the Canadian songwriter and rapper has released has been solid, he is fighting the everlasting sophomore slump that exists in sports and music. With that being said, it would be hard for the Canadian musician to slump with the features he’s slated to have on his next project. Announced on February 9th via Instagram, Memories Don’t Die is set to feature guest appearances from New York legends 50 Cent and Fabolous, as well as verses from Wiz Khalifa, Future, and Nav.
As we near the release of his latest project, don’t be surprised if Tory has a few more surprises up his sleeve. Having already released a surprise EP, loose tracks that won’t make the album and more, it appears that Tory has more on his mind than just releasing a second album. Tory Lanez is here to prove his merit as an artist and so far, he’s proved a lot. For more updates and news about his album, be sure to visit MemoriesDontDie.com.
